If you are booking your first coaching session, select “Initial Visioning Session” from the drop down menu. During this 1.5 hour session we will help you to define what it is that you want to achieve, work out the strengths and opportunities that are already working in your favour, identify obstacles, set some long term goals, and then get you started on some steps to get you there!
After you have had your initial session, you can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly follow up sessions to work on your goals and trouble shoot obstacles to help keep you on track. You can book a single 50 minute session, or purchase one of the multi session bundles and save!
