Are you worried about your health? Do you feel like you aren’t showing up as the best version of yourself because you’re stressed out and tired? Are you worried that you’re not keeping up with your kids? Are you feeling stuck, unmotivated, or overwhelmed?

Do you have that nagging feeling that something needs to change, but you just don’t know what it is, or how to start?

YOU are the expert in your own life, and it’s not my job to tell you what to do. As your coach I will help you to imagine what truly living well might look like for you. Then together we will map out a plan to get there, and I will walk alongside you as you navigate the journey.

An initial session will help you to clarify where you want to go, and get you started on the adventure with some goals to work towards. After that, you can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly catch ups to review your progress, celebrate your wins, and troubleshoot any obstacles that have popped up.

I am based in Hobart, Tasmania, and coaching sessions can be held in person or via Zoom.

If you’re not consciously aware of your breathing patterns, chances are you’re not breathing in a way that supports your optimal physical, mental and cognitive functioning. I can work with you one on one, in the comfort of your own home, to retrain your breathing patterns. This is NOT A MEDITATION OR BREATHWORK PRACTICE! This is about restoring your every day physiological breathing patterns toward optimal, in order to improve your mental, emotional and physical state of being.
